An Artist Behind the Printer.

Technical precision. Artistic understanding.

I Know How Much Your Artwork Matters.

LaGrange Fine Art Studio grew out of my own experience as an artist.

When you're creating an original piece, every decision matters—the mark of a pencil, the edge of a brushstroke, the subtle variation in color, the texture of the surface.

Reproducing that work requires more than simply pressing "print."

It requires understanding the artwork itself.

That's the philosophy behind LaGrange Fine Art Studio.

A Different Kind of Printmaker

My background is a little unconventional.

I have a background in wildlife biology and zoology, but I've spent much of my career making, photographing, and studying images. My own artwork—particularly my highly detailed scratchboard work—has taught me to obsess over the details that can make or break a reproduction.

That combination of scientific attention to detail and artistic experience shapes the way I approach every project.

I'm interested in getting things right—not simply getting them done.

A Studio, Not a Factory.

LaGrange Fine Art Studio is intentionally small.

That means your artwork isn't one job among thousands moving through a commercial production line. I work directly with artists to understand their work, answer questions, recommend materials, and help create reproductions they're proud to put their name on.

Whether you're an established artist, an emerging artist, a student, or simply creating your first edition of prints, you deserve that level of attention.

A Place for Artists to Work.

Located in Bloomington, Indiana, the studio is designed specifically around the needs of artists—from artwork capture and consultation to color evaluation and fine art printing.

It's a place where you can bring your artwork, ask questions, look at papers, review proofs, and figure out the best way to reproduce your work.
